Tips for next year
- Be in front for the start – elevators will be waiting
- Drink water each time at the half way point – grab a cup and go
- Need less stuff at the top (drop bag) Silk milks x 2, 2 water bottles, salt tablets
- Make a pace chart for calculation of progress and cutoff time
- If going by climbing time only, walk the first floor stairs from elevator to stair well. They don’t even count in the race. Timing starts at the stairwell.
